Brigadier T Prabhakar is a distinguished anesthesiologist and critical care expert with over three decades of clinical, academic, and administrative excellence. A decorated officer, he is the Recipient of the Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM) awarded by the President of India for his meritorious service in the Armed Forces Medical Services.
He served as the Vice Chancellor of the Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS), Saifai (2016–2020) and was the Director of the UP Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (2006–2016), where he played a pivotal role in shaping the institutional infrastructure and academic growth.
Throughout his career, Brigadier Prabhakar has held prestigious roles across premier Armed Forces and civil medical institutions and has also been honored with the Singhal Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to the field of anesthesiology. He continues to inspire as a mentor and thought leader in advancing anesthesia and critical care education.

Prof. (Dr.) Deepak Malviya is a distinguished academician and clinician with a rich legacy in anesthesiology spanning over four decades. He has served as Professor and Head, Department of Anaesthesiology at B.R.D. Medical College, Gorakhpur for over 13 years. He later served as Professor and Head, Department of Anaesthesiology, and Director at the prestigious Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS), Lucknow, contributing immensely to clinical care, research, and postgraduate training.
He has held prominent leadership roles in national academic bodies, including serving as President of the Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists (ISA National). He has also been an Expert Member for the Medical Council of India (MCI), Member of the Specialty Board in Anesthesiology (NBE), and a Principal Assessor for NABH.
Prof. Malviya is widely respected for his contributions to medical education, quality assurance, and clinical governance. He has delivered numerous guest lectures, keynote addresses, and has over 80 national and international publications to his credit.
