Dr. Trikha, is a distinguished academic anesthesiologist with an extensive career spanning over three decades in India and abroad. He is currently serving as Professor, Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Penn State College of Medicine, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Pennsylvania, USA (since November 2023).

He previously held senior academic positions including Professor of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), and a long tenure at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, where he served as Professor and Head in the Department of Anaesthesiology, Pain Medicine, and Critical Care until 2022.
